This is a standard low bid project for Kutztown University - Keystone Hall Renovations, including General, HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Construction. The estimated ranges for each contract are: General Construction ($17,000,000 - $18,000,000), HVAC Construction ($8,000,000 - $9,000,000), Plumbing Construction ($2,000,000 - $3,000,000), and Electrical Construction ($5,000,000 - $6,000,000). Liquidated damages are assigned per contract. Bidders must register to view/download plans and specifications and must have a current, active vendor number. All proposers must create a user profile within e-Builder, and bids will only be accepted electronically through e-Builder.
