Building Addition and Interior Renovations Kutztown Fire & Rescue is accepting sealed bids from qualified bidders for Single Prime Contract with Subcontract associated with the proposed addition and interior renovations to the Kutztown Fire& Rescue station and social quarters Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in the amount and form specified in the Bid Package ,Non-Collusion Affidavit, Insurance Certificate and Consent of Surety. Prime Contracts will be received for General Construction, including project management and overseeing all contracts and schedules, including Mechanical Construction, Electrical Construction ,and Plumbing Construction. Each prospective bidder will be responsible for their own expense to download and print the drawings and specifications. If alternate methods are required to obtain the documents, the prospective bidder will be charged a nonrefundable fee for materials .Payment must be made in full prior to the receipt of documents.
