Johnson Hall Life Cycle Renovation Kutztown University is planning a life cycle renovation to Johnson Hall. The renovation will include renovations to Johnson Hall. The renovation includes upgrades to all building systems, and site work around the building. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete the project. The work will be performed under separate prime contracts for construction which will include General Construction, HVAC Construction, Plumbing Construction, Electrical Construction. Fire protection (sprinklers) construction shall be included in the Plumbing Contract. Asbestos abatement shall be part of the General Construction Contract.
