Site work and addition to an educational facility in Newkirk, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,305-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Rick Scott Construction, Inc. on behalf of Newkirk Public Schools, will receive Sealed Bids for the Newkirk Public Schools Kitchen Addition. Bids will be read publicly, and Sealed Bids are required. Bids may be mailed or hand delivered to 4303 N Pleasant View Road, Ponca City OK 74601 (must be received prior to bid date and time) or hand delivered to 625 W South Street, Newkirk, OK. Email or faxed bids WILL NOT be accepted, and any bids delivered to any other RSC Offices will not be accepted, unless delivered at least 72 hours prior to bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive any formalities and irregularities, and the right to reject any or all bids, and to accept any bid he considers advantageous. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 30 days after the date of the bid opening. This project is tax exempt. Construction is expected to start March 2024. Completion is expected to take 6 months. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
