Bids will be received by the Town of Aurora for plowing and sanding approximately 26 miles of town road for the 2023-2024 winter season. Please mark "Plowing/Sanding Bid" on the outside of the envelope. The bid should indicate type and size of trucks to be used for plowing and the charges per hour for each service. The bidder shall indicate the percentage of salt in the salt/sand mix used for sanding and the price per ton along with the application charge per hour. The bids will be presented at a Regular Town Board meeting to be held at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the Aurora Town Hall, W2319 State Highway 21, Berlin, WI. The Town of Aurora reserves the right to accept that bid which is most advantageous to the town, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
