Renovation of an educational facility in Niagara, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Question Deadline 10/04/2023 All questions should be submitted The project is located at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC) in Aurora, Wisconsin. NWTC is looking to upgrade some of the existing building mechanical systems The scope of work consists mainly of HVAC work, however, there will be some work in all disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Plumbing and Electrical) needed to facilitate the HVAC work. The main portion of the work includes but not limited removing the existing boilers and providing a new boilers, providing all new ductwork, new piping and a new air handling unit. Civil work will include all site work associated relocating the water main to the building, backfilling and seeding as required for the relocation of the water main. The Architectural work includes demoing and replacing ceilings for mechanical ductwork, pouring concrete equipment pads and the removal and installation of a door. The electrical work will include removing and replacing light fixtures, providing new outlets and circuits as required for the mechanical equipment. NWTC supports the promotion and development of Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) firms and encourages such firms to participate in the invitation to bid on this and other college projects.
