The proposed project consists of Pond Maintenance and Aquatic Weed Control Services on Village Owned Properties located within the Village of Lincolnshire. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12) and the Employment of Illinois Workers on Public Works Act (30 ILCS 570). The Village of Lincolnshire reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs and requirements of the Village. Available date on Thursday, September 14, 2023 Contract Term A. The Initial Term of the Contract Shall Be for a Period of 6 Months Through the Following Dates Year One (1) - 6 Months - May 15, 2024 to November 15, 2024. In Addition, the Village is Requesting a Bid for Two Option Years. The Village May Exercise, at Its Sole Discretion, the Option Years Are for the for the Following Terms: Year Two (2) - 6 Months - May 15, 2025 to November 15, 2025 Year Three (3) - 6 Months - May 15, 2026 to November 15, 2026 1. The Base Contract Term Will Be for Year (1) With Years (2-3) Being Two Successive Option Year Bid
