Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Limon, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This work consists of providing Public Information Management throughout the duration of the project. The contractor shall submit the Public Information Management deliverables to the Project Engineer for approval. Prior to approval by the Engineer, the Region Communications Manager (RCM) will also review deliverables. Anticipated communications issues on this project include: (1) Weekly lane closure notifications to CDOT. (2) Responding to public questions and comments. (3) Coordination with public safety and local agencies for lane closures and signal switchover. (4) Coordination with adjacent businesses regarding sidewalk closures and curb ramp work. Region: 4 Counties: Lincoln Work Days: 56 Contract UDBE Goal: 7.00% US 40H (MP 399.05-399.15) Intersection Improvement. This will include widening the south side of the intersection with concrete pavement for better truck turn movement which will include inlet, sidewalk, curb and gutter, and curb ramp It is estimated that the total cost of all items in the bid will be: (X) Between $0 and $1,000,000 ( ) Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 ( ) Between $5,000,000 and $20,000,000 ( ) Greater than $20,000,000 CODOT: 001- Region 4 - Intersection Improvements on US40 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
