Cooling Towers Fill Media Replacement Limon Correctional Facility Introduction and Background The Cooling Towers, that serve the HVAC at Limon Correctional Facility (LCF), were impacted by a hailstorm and the fill media was damaged beyond repair. For questions about this solicitation, contact the Single Point of Contact identified above or Orrin Fryer at orrin.fryer@ CDOC is seeking a contractor to perform the following scope of work to the existing Cooling Towers located at the Limon Correctional Facility 49030 CO-71, Limon, CO 80826: Remove damaged fill media, dispose of all removed materials, clean existing system (including flushing the system to ensure that all the damaged fill media and sediment is removed), install new fill media that meets current standards of performance and quality, and preform operational test of system to ensure proper operation of the Cooling Towers.
