**As of June 17, 2024, project was awarded to S & H DECORATING INC, awarded amount is $185,558.83.** Limon Troop Office Parking Lot Project Estimated Construction Cost: $201,301.00. Project Description The State of Colorado Department of Public Safety is requesting documented quotes from contractors for the labor, equipment, and materials for removal & replacement of approximately 15,000sf of concrete and approximately 250lf of curb/gutter. The contractor shall be the primary agent for every part of this project and is responsible for selected subcontractors as needed. Contractor must verify all measurements to ensure materials are included within their bid. The security shall be a bond by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or otherwise supplied in a form satisfactory for the State. Noncompliance requires the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive. ADDENDA: Owner/architect initiated addenda shall not be issued later than two (2) business days prior to bid opening date. All addenda shall become part of the Contract Documents and receipt must be acknowledged on the Bid form.
