As of February 13, 2024, this project was awarded to Big Sandy Builders, LLC., awarded amount of $266,244.81. Date Email Questions Due 1/3/2023 at 12:00 p.m. Limon Troop Training Room. Project Description Interior Remodel. Scope of Services Per drawings and specification Estimated Construction Cost $400,000.00. If the construction value is $50,000 or greater a Bid Bond and Power of Attorney or Proposal Guaranty is required in an amount not less than 5% of the total Bid. The subtraction of alternates shall result in a sum total within available funds. If this bid exceeds such amount, the right is reserved to reject all bids. Time of Completion and Liquidated Damages of the General Conditions of the Contract, and agrees to prosecute the Work with due diligence to completion. The bidder represents that Article 7D of the Contractor's Agreement (SC-6.21) has been reviewed to determine the type and amount of any liquidated damages that may be specified for this contract.
