Work on this project includes removing and disposing of concrete and debris, and planting the areas disturbed duringthe course of work. The OERB is no longer sending hard copies of the scope of work or bid forms. All contractors must submit an onlineapplication prior to bidding on OERB projects. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form included in the Bid Documents and in strict compliance with instructions onthe form. OklahomaCity, Oklahoma, immediately following the closing time stated above. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours,excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids will not be considered and will bereturned unopened. If the bid exceeds $50,000.00, a cashier's check, a certified check, or a surety bond in the amount of five percent(5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed bid of each bidder. Security checks will be returned to all but the threelowest bidders immediately after the bid opening. The three lowest bid securities will be retained until the contract isawarded. A contract must be executed within twenty (20) days following the award to the successful bidder.
