Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
Work to be done as part of this project includes repair of & bituminous overlay of a parking lot at the Bay Haven apartment building and repair & repaving of a portion of the street in front of the Bay Terrace apartment building both located in Ashland, Wisconsin Bidders who submit a Bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as not being responsive. Plan Holders are required to provide an e-mail address in order to receive addenda and other information electronically. Plan Holders are requested to designate whether they are a prime contractor, subcontractor, or supplier if they want this information posted on the project Plan Holders List. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, Cashiers Check, Bank Check, or Money Order (but not a personal check or company check) in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price, payable to the City of Ashland Housing Authority, as a guarantee that if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bonds within the time set by the City of Ashland Housing Authority, or the bid guarantee will be forfeited.
