Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work, in general, will consist of 2 blocks of Stuntz Avenue between USH 2 and Water Street and one block of St Claire between Stuntz Ave and 9th Avenue E urban curb and gutter, street, water main and services, sanitary sewer and laterals, forcemain, storm sewer, sidewalk, driveways and restoration. In addition, there will be sanitary sewer and laterals on 7th Street E between alley and Water Street and in Alley between St Claire and Water Street between Stuntz Avenue and 9th Avenue E, storm water pond near the Water Street and Stuntz Avenue intersection, and horizontal direction drilling of water main under Bay City Creek along St. Claire alignment between 9th Avenue E and 11th Avenue E. The USH 2 / Stuntz Avenue intersection will also be widened and modified to add dedicated turn lanes and a pedestrian island. Est.
