Project Description: Furnish and deliver approximately 3000 ton of 3/4 '' Crushed Gravel virgin materials to the City of Ashland stockpile site per specifications and to designated locations. All bids shall be submitted using the original forms included in the contract documents. Bids shall be submitted to gledin@coawi.org. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Ashland reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities herein, and to award the contract as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
