The City requires a contractor for vacuum truck and material disposal services at the Regional Biosolids Composting Facility (RBCF). This includes thrice-weekly leachate removal, weekly septage removal, and on-demand tasks such as sludge extraction and sump maintenance. Separately, either bi-monthly or as-required septage removal from four tanks at the Glenmore Landfill is needed. Contents from these tanks are sent to the Kelowna Wastewater Treatment Facility. Questions to be submitted as early as possible and prior to 5 days prior before closing. Addenda will be issued as ready and prior to 3 days prior before closing.
