The Village of Lincolnshire will receive sealed proposals until 10:30 a.m. local time on October 27, 2023, at the Lincolnshire Village Hall, located at One Olde Half Day Road, Lincolnshire, Illinois 60069-3035, at which time and place the bids will be publicly opened. The proposed project consists of maintaining Village streetscapes, park perennial and naturalized beds, roadway medians, rights-of-way mowing, Village Hall landscaping and mowing, Public Works Facility landscaping, residential Cul-De-Sacs, Lift Stations, and Rivershire Park and mowing of all Village Parks. Maintenance will include but may not be limited to manual hand weeding, proper shrub pruning, herbicide and/or fertilizer applications, and mowing. All locations are within the Village of Lincolnshire. The Village of Lincolnshire reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive technicalities and to accept the proposal which best meets the needs and requirements of the Village. The undersigned agrees to submit a payment and performance bond equal to 110% of the value of the contract amount at the time of execution of the contract with the successful bidder. The maintenance period is January 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024 with two additional renewable option years. The Village fiscal year begins January 1, 2024 and contracts will be awarded at or around that time.
