The Town of Hampton, NH requests sealed written bid proposals from qualified Vendors for the purchase and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl). The purchase and delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite (NaOCl) for a two-year period as set forth in Section II Duration of Contract, to the Town's Wastewater Treatment Plant. The duration of the contract will be from January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2025. All inquiries shall be in writing and submitted by mail or email to mdube@hamptonnh.gov. In the event that the Vendor fails to meet the agreed upon scheduled delivery date(s) for the product, due to other than weather conditions, time being of the essence, the Vendor shall pay the Town as liquidated damages five hundred ($500.00) dollar per day of product not delivered. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or any part thereof, to waive any informality in the bidding, and to accept the bid proposal considered to be in the best interest of the Town.
