This work shall include furnishing all plans, labor, material, and equipment to complete the project City Hall Restroom & Employee Lounge Remodel as described in the specifications and shown on the exhibits. Work includes the demolition and remodel of the existing upstairs restroom and employee lounge in City Hall. This work shall also include all plans necessary for permitting, permits, all demolition, new walls, plumbing, electrical, lighting, cabinetry, counters, restroom and kitchen (employee lounge) fixtures, flooring, painting, doors, ceilings, etc. for a complete project. This work will be performed during business hours in City Hall. The Contractor will be responsible for insuring their work area is properly secured for the duration of construction. Questions Deadline: 10/19/2023 12:00 PM (PT) The site of work is located within the city limits of Boulder City, Nevada; more specifically, 401 California Avenue, City Hall. Workman's Compensation Insurance, Faithful Performance Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, a Labor and Material Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total bid price, and a Guarantee Bond will be executed as part of the contract agreement. All work including deficiency list items must be completed within seventy-five (75) calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed by the Owner. Engineer's Estimate of Probable Cost: $275,000 - $350,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
