Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in South Burlington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This project involves the construction of approximately 1600 LF of 10' wide paved shared-use path and new paved parking area to the Hubbard Recreation and Natural Area. The project generally involves construction of a shareduse path, new paved parking area with associated lighting, and bike racks and benches with concrete pads. New crosswalks will be installed crossing Upswept Lane and Nowland Farm Road and new RRFB's will be added at the Nowland Farm Road crossing. During the advertisement phase of this project all questions shall be addressed to Erica Quallen Towle at equallen@southburlingtonvt.gov and Cc Nikki Centerbar at nikki.centerbar@bowman.com. The Contract shall be substantially completed on or before September 15, 2026 and fully completed on or before October 15, 2026. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
