Project is no longer needed.** Montrose County is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the installation of 12-foot by 12-foot precast concrete box culverts on Carnation Road and 5900 Road for the Loutsenhizer Arroyo located approximately 3 miles north of Olathe, Colorado. The bid award will be at a later date at a noticed, public meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. For further information, please contact Richard Nichols P.E. In reviewing the bids received, the County reserves the right to reject, for any reason whatsoever, any and all bids, and to waive any informality or irregularity in a bid. The County reserves the right to accept the bid that provides the best value to the County in the County's sole discretion. The County reserves the right to make a determination in the County's sole discretion as to the sufficiency of qualifications of any bidder. The action to award a contract is subject to approval by the Board of County Commissioners.
