As of January 30, 2025, a firm has been selected to both design and build this project. The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the Request for Proposals (RFP) process to perform design, supply, and installation services, as well as ongoing management and maintenance for the South 3rd Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Station. Bid Bonds (5% of total bid price) and performance and payment bonds (100% of total bid price) are required on construction projects over $50,000.
