As of January 31, 2025, a design firm has been selected. A timeline for construction has not been established. The City of Montrose is requesting proposals through the request for qualifications and proposal process to provide architectural and engineering design services for a public works facility and Rio Grande Ave extension The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities and/or informalities and to disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids.
