Project Name - DQ1 2024 222 The Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife is accepting bids for the complete furnishing and installation of the 24' x 28' storage building extension with optional exterior concrete apron, interior storage loft, and electrical distribution and fixtures in accordance with these bid documents. Submit to the Project Manager, 15 calendar days before commencing construction, a schedule of construction. The schedule shall include provisions for time necessary to acquire and provide shop drawings and product submittals, the allowed period for submittal review, time required for ordering and delivery of materials, a normal time period allowed based on climate, location of project, season of year, weather patterns for temperature, and precipitation conditions which reasonably will hinder or prevent construction progress. The construction schedule shall be updated within 7 calendar days after starting work or upon issuance of any Contract Modification which substantially affects the scheduling, and monthly thereafter until completion.
