Renovation of a mixed-use development in Montrose, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Plans call for exterior facade renovation including removal of existing veneer and cement plaster and replacing with brick veneer, metal panels, cement plaster. Sidewalk improvements and replacements are scheduled, along with new exterior lighting & signage. Direct all bids/inquiries to the construction manager. Questions must be submitted to the construction manager prior to 12-4-2023, Noon MT. The Project consists of the alteration of an existing building located at 400 E Main Street in Montrose. The building's interior spaces were recently renovated during Phase 1 and Phase 2 of this project. The scope of Phase 3 is to renovate the exterior facade, including removal of existing veneer and cement plaster and replacing with brick veneer, metal panels, and cement plaster as indicated on the drawings. Sidewalk improvements and replacements are scheduled, along with new exterior lighting and signage. 1. City Hall Renovation - Level 2 alteration per the 2018 International Existing Building Code.
