As of December 8 2023, this project was awarded to Centrally Specialties, Inc. in the amount of $41,196,666.16. **As of November 27, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The project consists of constructing 13.57 miles of rural roadway, but not limited to the following: CLEARING & GRUBBING, REMOVALS, COMMON EXCAVATION, TOPSOIL, BORROW EXCAVATION, MULCHING, EROSION CONTROL, RIPRAP, FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION, FULL DEPTH RECONSTRUCTION, SUBGRADE REPAIR, AGGREGATE BASE COURSE, CEMENT STABILIZED BASE, HOT BITUMINOUS PAVEMENT, MOBILIZATION, TRAFFIC CONTROL, PIPE CONDUIT, FENCING, TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT SIGNING, PAVEMENT MARKING, MAILBOX and other items, plus incidentals, as fully described in the bid documents and construction drawings. Questions during bidding should be directed to the McKenzie County Engineer's Office, Grace Demars at (701) 444-7168. No bid will be considered which does not fully comply with the aboVe provisions as to Bond and Licenses, and any deficient bid submitted will be resealed and returned to the Bidder immediately. McKenzie County reserves the right to reject any and all bids submitted and to hold all bids for a period not to exceed forty-five (45) days from said date of opening and to hold the three low bids and bid securities for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from said date of bid opening. McKenzie County does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age or disability in its solicitation of bids.
