Queen Anne's County ("County") is examining the demand, potential location(s) and design alternatives for the County's first indoor community recreation center ("Center"). The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") is to obtain proposals from qualified firms to prepare a feasibility study so that the County can determine whether and how to proceed with development of a Center. The ultimate objective of the feasibility study process is a final report with recommendations as to optimal location(s), conceptual design, features, programs and financial models. Questions regarding the RFP are requested by October 20, 2023 and may be directed to the attention of the primary proposal contact, Beryl Eismeier, Project Manager: beismeier@qac.org. A Feasibility Study for Siting, Constructing & Operating A New Community Recreation Center for Queen Anne's County Department of Parks & Recreation Queen Anne's County reserves the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected.
