The City of Minneapolis is issuing this Call for Bids for prospective suppliers to furnish and deliver a Mobile Showering and Restroom Unit, for MINNEAPOLIS HEALTH DEPARTMENT along with various Boards and Departments, all in accordance with specifications, line items and all documents requested herein. A contractor responding to this solicitation document swears that they are in compliance with the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3, and shall upon request submit to the city a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria.
