TVF&R is requesting that its Local Contract Review Board (Board of Directors) authorize an exemption from the traditional competitive bidding requirements of ORS 279C.335 to utilize a Design-Build best value/performance based alternative contracting method to award a public improvement contract for a firefighter recruit academy training facility. A public hearing is required for the purpose of taking public comment from interested parties regarding the exemption approval. TVF&R will hold a public hearing at 2:00 PM Friday October 20, 2023, at 11945 SW 70th Ave, Tigard, OR.
