TIMELINE As of September 14, 2026, the project is in the pre-design phase. The Joint Venture Developer is expected to oversee and manage construction of the development. Construction is anticipated to be delivered in four sequential phases. Construction is tentatively expected to begin in mid-2027, subject to final planning, approvals, financing, and market conditions. Based on the current development schedule, the full campus buildout is projected to be completed by 2041.
