The German Township Board of Supervisors will be accepting Stone, Fuel & Pipe Bids for the 2024 Calendar year Aggregate 1)150 Tons of Cold Patch 2) 500 Tons #1-B Stone 3) 1250 Tons of #2-A Stone 4) 1250 Tons of #2-B Stone 5) 500 Tons of #3 Stone 6) 200 Tons of #4 Stone Above is Materials Only - Must be PennDot Approved at the time of bid Fuel 7) 10,000 Gallons on Road Diesel Fuel - Delivery MUST be Weekly MINIMUM 8) 7,500 Gallons of Off-Road Diesel Fuel - Delivery MUST be Weekly MINIMUM 9) 7,500 Gallons - Gasoline - Delivery MUST be Weekly MINIMUM Pipe 10) 400 Feet - 8 Inch - Plastic Corrugated PennDot Approved Pipe 12) 1300 Feet - 10 Inch - Plastic Corrugated PennDot Approved Pipe 13) 1200 Feet - 12 Inch - Plastic Corrugated PennDot Approved Pipe 14) 300 Feet - 15 - Inch Pipe - Plastic Corrugated PennDot Approved Pipe Liquidated Damages Apply. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Winning Bids will start January 1st, 2024, and will be valid until the end of the calendar year. All Bidders must provide Certificate of Liability, as well as any other documentation necessary. Also, none of the above bidders are Employees of the Township of German. This proposal is made without collusion with any other person, firm or corporation. Finally, all specifications referred to above have been examined by suppliers. The supplier understands that the quantities indicated herein are approximate and are subject to change as may be required, and that all work is payable on the basis of the unit prices that said bidder provides.
