The City of Chico Public Works Department - Engineering is currently operating a $50 million Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and needs up to three (3) qualified on-call professional civil engineering firms to assist with various project needs, but primarily to support the Citys Pavement Management Program and the 10-Year Roadway Rehabilitation CIP. The total amount authorized amongst the contracts awarded from this solicitation will not exceed $10,000,000 There is no guarantee, either expressed or implied that this dollar amount will be authorized under these contracts through Task Orders. The contract term is for five years. Projects and tasks will be locally funded and may include road rehabilitation, pavement preservation, complete streets infrastructure, transportation, storm drain, and wastewater conveyance. Tasks assigned amongst these projects could vary and/or include a combination of environmental, surveying, right-of-way, geotechnical, design, bidding and construction engineering. As CIP projects become available for assignment, project specific task orders will be issued. All On-Call Professional Civil Engineering Services assignments will be located in the City of Chico, Butte County, California. Deadline for Final Questions (no later than) 4:00 PM on November 14, 2023 The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
