As of October 1, 2025, construction is underway. All trade packages have been bid out for this project. *The original solicitation is listed below for historical reference. A Design/Build team has been selected. DPR Construction is currently soliciting trade partner prequalification for all trades to participate in the bid process. The project is a public works project and is subject to prevailing rate wages. All trade contractors are required to prequalify with DPR Construction to be eligible to bid.
