In general, the County anticipates that the firm selected for this work shall provide a full-time on-site Structure Representative and other inspection or field personnel with bridge construction management and/or bridge inspection experience. Maintain Quality Assurance and Quality Control and coordinate all necessary material source inspections and testing for the project with the County materials lab, Caltrans materials lab or an independent materials lab. Maintain daily inspection reports, provide technical responses as required, resolve discrepancies in the contract documents, and prepare and maintain construction project records in accordance with County, Caltrans and FHWA procedures and standard policies. Prepare and deliver the final As-Built plans and final construction reports to the County The County reserves the right to reject any or all submittals received if the County determines that it is in its best interest to do so. Further, the County may cancel or amend this Solicitation at any time and may submit similar solicitations in the future. Question Deadline 02/08/2024 at 3:30 PM PT Questions received after 3:30pm on February 8, 2024 will not be answered. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
