The City of Chico is seeking bids for Landscape Maintenance Services for various locations throughout the City of Chico. GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION - The work, in general, to be done under this contract consists of: Furnish all labor, equipment, materials/supplies, methods, and processes to provide Landscape Maintenance Services throughout various locations in the City of Chico, which include landscape areas at City facilities, parks, Chico Maintenance Districts (CMDs), and City rights-of-way. The locations and scope of work are more specifically described in the Notice Inviting Bids document. The City is seeking one or more contractors to perform this work, which will commence upon award of Contract for a term of one (1) year with an option for four (4) additional years, in accordance with the Special Provisions and/or the sample agreement included in the bid package. All questions and requests for information (RFIs) must be submitted online via online by 3:00 p.m. five (5) calendar days before bid opening.
