On-Call Citywide Pressure Cleaning Services RFP No. 2023-010The City of Lighthouse Point seeks qualified Contractors to provide on-call pressure cleaning services. The City is approximately 2.5 square miles with miles of sidewalk, curbing, medians, ten (10) fixed bridges, eight (8) government buildings, and six (6) city parks. The City s intent is to have a pool of up to three (3) pressure cleaning contractors to provide on-call pressure cleaning services. The City is seeking to enter into a three (3) year contract with two (2) additional one (1) year extensions.Selected Proposer(s) will provide services to include the following:Pressure cleaning of municipal buildings, parks, sidewalks, curbs, medians, pavers, retaining walls, and bridges throughout the city. Cleaning service shall include removal of dirt, gum, oil, marking paint (when possible) and any other matter that is not intended to be on a walking surface The City of Lighthouse Point reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities and irregularities, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as they deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City of Lighthouse Point, or the City may reject proposals and re-advertise.Pursuant to Florida law, all responses to this RFP are exempt public records until thirty (30) days after opening, or award of bid, whichever is sooner.
