Abandoned Mine Reclamation Project Honeybrook-Audenried Banks Township, Carbon County Kline Township, Schuylkill County Per Attachment A of the Bid Information, the SDB/VBE Goals for this project are: SDB - 18%, VBE - 3%. If a bidder intends to meet the SDB goal in full, they must submit SDB-2, SDB-3, and SDB-3.1. If a bidder is seeking a full good faith efforts waiver (not agreeing to meet any portion of the SDB participation goal), they must submit SDB-2 and the information requested in SDB-5 (parts 1-5). If a bidder is seeking a good faith efforts waiver from a part of the SDB participation goal, they must submit SDB-2, SDB-3, SDB-3.1, and the information requested in SDB-5 (parts 1-5). Additional requirements for submitting these documents are set forth in SDB-1, Instructions for Completing the SDB Participation Submittal and SDB Utilization Schedule. Please note that the Veteran Business Enterprise program has separate but equivalent documentation requirements. in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, made payable to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as a bid guaranty. It is understood that the appropriate amount of the bid guaranty will be forfeited in case the contractor fails to execute and return the contract in accordance with the requirements of the General Conditions. The Department reserves the right to waive any inadequacy of the bid guaranty up to, but not including the amount of $1.00.
