Location: US-281 at Geary, 4.5 miles N of I-40 No Pre-Bid Meeting or Site Visit has been scheduled for this project. Each response must be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check, or bid bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the Response and all alternates as a guaranty The construction period is for a time not to exceed Sixty (60) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. OKDOT - Geary Salt Shed Roof Tarp Repair Possible Labor & Material to include, but not limited to: Recover and remove damaged material from 62'x100' open web truss building. Replacement of end walls and metal bases as well as main tarp cover and related parts & materials. Measurements: Outer Walls - 60' 4" wide x 100' 4" long Building Height - Top of wall to Peak is 25' 0" "Up and Over" - from top of wall to up and over the top of wall on opposite side if 85' 0" with about 1' 6" overhang below top of wall on each side. Total measurement - 88' 0" Door Width - 16' 0" will need to replace both ends Site visit available upon request
