Renovation of a municipal facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This Work of this contract will provide additional tenant improvements to the North Maintenance of Way (NMOW) facility at 920 N. 137th St. in Seattle, WA. A portion of the interior will be demolished and reconfigured for new showers, restrooms, locker rooms, mud room, and a uniform room. The warehouse will be outfitted with specialty workspaces for various facilities trades and storage space. Additional interior improvements include minor updates to the electrical and HVAC systems, installation of a new network infrastructure, along with replacement of light fixtures throughout the facility. Exterior improvements include new enclosures for trash, hazardous and other material storage, move existing water line, and install new security cameras and building access control. The Work of this Contract shall be completed within 135 days from the effective date of Notice-to-Proceed (NTP). The Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to, construction of: 1. NMOW Tennant Improvements as showed in contract drawings including site civil improvements, remodeling of office space including electrical, plumbing and HVAC. Remodeling of Warehouse to provide for shop working areas. North Maintenance of Way (NMOW) Tenant Improvements ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,375,000 - $1,860,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
