The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed price contract with one qualified Contractor(s) to safely assess, repair, prep and paint gypsum wall board at the Bedford County Administration Building Atrium. This solicitation is issued by the Bedford County Department of Public Works on behalf of the Bedford County Board of Supervisors, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, herein referred to collectively for convenience as "Owner" The Bedford County Department of Public Works is seeking bids to assess, repair, prep and paint gypsum wall board at the Bedford County Administration Building Atrium.
