**As of December 12, 2023 this project has been awarded to Northwest Cascade, Inc. in the amount of $137,362.68.** Bids are being asked for provision of all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and appurtenances required for construction of approximately 216' of 12" DI pipe and 340' of 2" HDPE pipe with other associated work to include a hot box, chlorine tank, 2" air vac, minor electrical work, and other work as detailed in the plans and specifications. Reference vicinity map for project location. The time for completion is 60 working days. Each Bid Proposal shall conform to the requirements of Section 1-02.9 of the Contract Special Provisions. Bids shall be made out on the bid form furnished with the specifications. A 5% bid guarantee is required in the form of certified or cashier's check, or surety bond in accordance with the contract specifications. Contractor must be licensed to conduct business in the State of Washington. The contract will be awarded to the qualified bidder submitting the lowest responsible bid. KPUD reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive all informalities in the bidding in accordance with the specifications.
