Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Costa Mesa, California. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

Contractor will agree to provide all parts, labor, tools, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to service, test, repair and maintain all existing fire alarm systems, primary & secondary fire alarm monitoring systems and software, fire sprinklers, fire dampers, fire pumps, key stations, pull stations and fire doors at Fairview Developmental Center, Costa Mesa, CA. Must meet requirements of California Code of regulations, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA_13 and 25). Bids received after the specified deadline will not be considered for review. DDS shall not be responsible for any delays in submittal, including misdelivery. DDS reserves the right to cancel this IFB without cause at any time prior to award The DDS is waiving the Disabled Veteran's Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation requirements for this agreement. However, the DVBE incentive is still in effect for this solicitation. Please see Page 8, Section D. Participation, Preference, and Incentive Programs.
