Reference Number 0000335132 Question Acceptance Deadline 11/28/2023 10:00 AM MT Questions are submitted online No Questions which arise during the Response preparation period regarding issues around this Solicitation, purchasing and/or award should be directed to Charles Ellis, Chief Procurement Officer, Purchasing Division, Town of Parker, at cellis@parkeronline.org TERM OF CONTRACT: The awarded contract is anticipated to commence in January of 2024and shall remain in effect through the summer of 2025. The Town of Parker is issuing this Solicitation for the purpose of entering into a contract for services as specified herein from a Consultant(s) that will provide prompt and efficient service to the Town for the Dransfeldt Extension Project. It is understood and agreed that the Town may, during the term of the contract, request additional services be performed by the successful Consultant at locations associated with the Dransfeldt Extension Project This option, if exercised, is the prerogative of the Town and shall be honored by the Consultant throughout the contract period. No guarantees are made that additional services will be requested. The Town reserves the right to accept, reject or negotiate any price adjustments submitted by the Consultant and/or to terminate the contract with the Consultant based on such price adjustments.
