Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Shaw AFB, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contact Jaylem Durousseau at Jaylem.l.durousseau.civ@usace.army.mil for any questions regarding the solicitatio Demolition shall include removal of the tanks, all associated underground piping, dispensers, all concrete pads, UST hold-down pad, fencing, and conduit/wiring. Underground conduit shall not be abandoned in place. Underground piping from the UST to the dispenser shall be removed and properly disposed to include chase/carrier piping. Concrete will not be replaced, the surface shall be backfilled with clean fill, compacted, graded, and seeded with an appropriate seed mix. Clean debris free soil from excavation may be used as backfill. Any additional borrow soil used as backfill shall be free of debris, roots, wood, scrap material, vegetation, refuse, soft unsound particles, and deleterious, or objectionable materials. Place of : Shaw, AFB, South Carolina. Original Set Aside: Economically Disadvantaged WOSB (EDWOSB) The period of shall be for 180 calendar days starting at the date of contract award. Set Aside: 100% Set-Aside for Economically Disadvantaged Woman Owned Small Business Competition, (EDWOSB) using NAICS: 238910 Site Preparation Contractors
