No. N62467- 92-C-0905 Spec No: 06-92-0905 This requirement is to modernize the elevator for the control tower (building 1990) on Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. Work for this project includes replacing the existing control system, furnishing and installing a new overspeed governor and governor rope as well as car and counterweight roller guides. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work. This award will be evaluated under Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures. The evaluation factors for technical acceptability include providing recent and relevant experience within the last 3 years. Additionally, your proposal shall include experience with open-access elevators with five (5) or more stops. These factors must be included in your proposal in order to be determined technically acceptable. A site visit is scheduled for this requirement and will take place on 7 March 2024 at 1:00 PM EST at building 1990 (Control Tower).
