1. The Waukesha Fire Department presently uses a software suite to manage departmental data and fulfill our reporting requirements. 2. Eligible proposers will be those consultants, businesses, and institutions that have the following qualifications: 1. The selected provider must have a proven track record providing services to government fire departments serving populations over 70,000 with an annual call volume above 9,000, and offering fire suppression, emergency medical services and transport, community risk reduction, fire prevention inspection and code enforcement, hazardous materials, and specialized rescue services. 2. Knowledge of federal and State laws and regulations governing the services outlined in the scope of services.
