Renovation of an educational facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Shepherd University intends to upgrade its current Network Infrastructure Equipment. The University is reviewing two specific manufacturers to replace the equipment. Therefore, the solicitation has two base bids and each bid will be evaluated by manufacturer. The University would also like for the bidder to provide the option to finance the equipment purchase with bidder or with a third- party financing company whose terms are in compliance with West Virginia contractual terms as identified in Section 5.
