Metrolinx intends to notify a Bidder of acceptance of its Submission and enter into a Contract through an open, fair and competitive process. You are invited to submit your Submission for the provision of electric scissor lift platforms replacements, as more particularly described in this Tender Document as required by Metrolinx. Detailed Scope of Work General Instructions Quality Control Railway Safety Requirements Environmental Protection Safety Requirements Material and Equipment The Work will involve the provision and delivery of Electric Scissor Lifts to be used in Metrolinxs Facilities. The Vendor shall only be paid for actual products and services accepted by Metrolinx. Metrolinx reserves the right to reject any or all Submissions at its sole discretion. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.metrolinx.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
