Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 8,508-square-foot clubhouse / community center; for the demolition of a clubhouse / community center; for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; for site work for a clubhouse / community center; golf course; and golf course.
Golf Course Pavilion Additions and Renovations No Bidder will be permitted to withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days following the date of bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in bidding. AWARD OF CONTRACT The successful bidder will be responsible for printing plans and specifications needed for construction INSURANCE Insurance requirements are specified in the General and Supplementary Conditions. The City of Gatlinburg reserves the right to waive any informalities in or to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to accept the bid deemed most favorable to the interest of the City. TIME OF COMPLETION It is the intent of the Owner that the work to be performed shall commence upon Notice to Proceed that will be issued on or before December 11, 2023, and be complete with a Certificate of Occupancy by April 1, 2024. Accompany proposal with bid guarantee in the amount not less than Five Percent (5%) of the proposal, including all additive alternates, in the form of a legal surety's bid bond, or a certified check, made payable to the Owner. The company writing the bond must be licensed to transact business in the State of Tennessee. If, during the bidding period, the Bidder finds discrepancies, ambiguities, omissions, or is in doubt as to meaning or intent of document, he shall notify the Architect Question Deadline 11/30/2023
