Reference Number 0000335916 The Village of Orland Park ("Village") is requesting proposals for qualified Illinois licensed elevator inspection companies to provide plan review and inspection services for new, modernized, or repaired elevators along with necessary re inspections and annual inspections required by the Illinois Office of the State Fire Marshal, the Illinois Elevator Safety and Regulation Act, the Village of Orland Park Ordinances, and in accordance with the Illinois Elevator Safety Program Agreement. Services shall include approximately 10-20 Plan Review and Approvals along with Acceptance Inspections and Certifications annually; Annual Inspections of approximately 270 conveyances; Code Compliance Re-Inspections; and, other services as described in attached proposal.
